You can assign the card sleeve to the deck in one of two ways:

Select the deck you want to give the sleeve.

Open YGO Omega, and go to your Deck Manager.

If you want to manually select your sleeves per deck, read onward. If you just want your sleeves to be selected at random, you can stop here. (Note: no subfolders! Just have all of the sleeves as images in the Sleeves folder)

Drag all of the downloaded sleeves you want into the “Sleeves” folder.

You can also get here by opening YGO Omega, going into the settings menu, and clicking the icon in the top-right that looks like a gear and a paintbrush.

Go to your YGO Omega custom files directory, typically at /YGO Omega_Data/Files.

Download the sleeves you want from the MEGA folder.

Over the past several days, I’ve been slowly throwing together custom card sleeves by the truckload, and I figured that I might as well share them with the masses.
